i'm very sad about michael jackson's death. really, truly. he was my first inspiration; my first crush on a celebrity; my first musical obsession. i've adored him since childhood. i taped or bought every video he'd ever made, and watched them over and over until the tapes were either eaten up by the VCR or recorded over with new videos. watching him taught me how to dress and how to dance... and the more i watch of his videos now, the more convinced i am that he was, at my young age (about six), the accidental "prototype" of my ideal man. for what it's worth. for example: a + b + c. i feel as if a little part of the person i've grown up into has gone with him. it's just so sad to see him go.

he could really perform. he had a gift.... his poor family.
